About the role

  • PerfectServe seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Owner to join its Scheduling STO team.\n
  • You will support planning, development, and delivery of solutions that optimize communication and scheduling workflows for clinicians and healthcare organizations.\n
  • You will work closely with product leaders, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to define user stories, manage the product backlog, and contribute to the evolution of the scheduling platform.\n
  • This role offers opportunities to develop product leadership skills and impact patient care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor''s degree in Business, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.\n
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).\n
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.\n
  • Comfortable working with data, asking questions, and making evidence-based decisions.\n
  • A desire to learn product best practices and grow into a full Product Owner role.\n
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar agile tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Monday).\n
  • Exposure to SaaS or healthcare technology solutions.\n
  • Knowledge of clinical workflows or scheduling systems is a plus.\n
  • CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification or equivalent is a bonus.
