About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Securing exclusive contracts: A strong focus on successfully selling exclusive electricity and gas contracts.
- Commercial follow-up of existing consulting mandates: Processing existing energy consulting mandates to determine future electricity and gas procurement.
- Consultative B2B sales: Strategic advisory on procurement models at the interface of industrial transformation — not a classic tariff sale.
- Portfolio as a deal accelerator: Leveraging the broader energy-efficiency portfolio as a lever and door-opener to secure commodity contracts.
- Strategic scaling: Start with a focused portfolio and progressively expand the sales chain: situation analysis, strategic consulting, and consistent closing.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Commercial or technical vocational training
- Proven success in B2B sales; a hunter who identifies potential, excites customers and drives deals to close
- Target-group understanding: Deep knowledge of the decision-making logic of industrial and commercial customers (B2B)
- Confident relationship and stakeholder management, structured needs analysis, strategic pipeline development and precise follow-up on proposals
- Industry experience: Ideally experience in the energy sector (electricity/gas); alternatively a strong B2B sales background from mobile communications or building services
