About the role
- Establishing and managing specialist dealer partners in Baden-Württemberg
- Presenting the product portfolio and concluding contracts with dealers
- Increasing sales through hands-on support for dealers in their sales efforts
- Acquiring and managing municipal and private large customers
- Participating in regional trade fairs and roadshows
- Planning and implementing sales promotions at dealer locations
Requirements
- Several years of field sales experience, ideally in acquiring and supporting specialist dealers
- Proven success in building and managing dealer networks
- Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
- Fluent German; English skills are a plus
- High self-motivation and a structured way of working
- Basic technical understanding to present products convincingly
- Resilience and a strong focus on closing deals
