About the role
- Establish and support specialist dealer partners in your region
- Present the product portfolio and conclude contracts with dealers
- Increase sales by providing hands-on support to dealers in selling
- Acquire and manage municipal and private-sector major accounts
- Participate in regional trade fairs and roadshows
- Plan and implement sales promotions at dealer locations
Requirements
- Several years of field sales experience, ideally in acquiring and supporting specialist dealers
- Proven success in building and managing dealer networks
- Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
- Fluent German; English skills are a plus
- High self-motivation and a structured approach to work
- Basic technical understanding to present products convincingly
- Resilience and a strong drive to close deals
- Attractive compensation: base salary plus uncapped commission; up to €100,000 annual earnings possible
