About the role

  • Create visually appealing and effective web designs that align with our brand identity and business goals
  • Develop user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints
  • Work closely with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of designs
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve user experience and optimize website functionality
  • Design and manage websites using the WordPress platform, ensuring compatibility and adherence to web standards
  • Apply SEO best practices in web design to enhance site visibility and performance
  • Create and manage a library of design assets, including icons, graphics, and images
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Express) to create and edit design elements
  • Use Figma for design collaboration, prototyping, and user interface design
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of agency experience
  • 2+ years of experience working professionally in graphic design and digital marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Proven experience creating website designs and graphic standards for web and digital marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paying close attention to detail and creativity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for storytelling and visual content
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and organized
  • Mac proficiency
