About the role

  • Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns
  • Conduct analyses and research and develop materials that support business development activities
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and client presentations
  • Contribute to client project delivery through research, analysis, and summarizing results, as well as preparing presentations and other materials
  • Support the design and implementation of new service offerings, including analyses, research, preparation of proposal materials, recruiting activities, and operational roll-out
  • Work on internal operations projects in close collaboration with the Director of Client Solutions

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Completed at least one consulting internship (minimum 4 months) at a top strategy firm (MBB, Big Four, or equivalent)
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent in German and English (C1 or higher)
  • Structured and independent work style with a strong focus on quality
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks
  • Hybrid availability (not fully remote)
