• Architect and develop the next-generation data platform for Perchwell's listings infrastructure
• Design a system for high-throughput data and event-driven services
• Design scalable APIs and services and implement authentication/authorization solutions
• Implement core service domains like geospatial and search
• Build and maintain reliable and performant infrastructure using Kubernetes and cloud services
• Integrate observability and performance monitoring into system design

Product Marketing

• As the Founding Go-To-Market Engineer, design and launch high-impact GTM strategies that accelerate unifying nationwide real estate infrastructure
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to deliver technical pilots and create repeatable revenue engines
• Build automations and workflows that run at scale for landing high-value partnerships and scaling growth systems
• Work closely with the VP of Finance and Product Marketing Lead
• Design and execute creative GTM plays; build repeatable pilot frameworks
• Ensure HubSpot, Heap, and connected systems are tightly integrated, optimized, and architect automations, data flows, and enrichment processes
• Lead technical discovery and data ingestion for MLS and brokerage pilots; run pre-sales solutions engineering
• Configure integrations, dashboards, and demo environments with the Data Engineering team

GTM Engineer

• Take part in all stages of the product development and deployment lifecycle
• Develop new client-facing features and interfaces
• Drive large, complex projects autonomously, from technical design to launch
• Determine plans-of-attack on large projects and apply architectural standards
• Tackle complex architecture challenges and mature the tech platform to scale
• Help define a healthy and effective development culture balancing speed and future planning
• Be an example for thorough, meaningful code reviews and mentor teammates
• Take ownership over QA and release cycles as part of a you-build-it-you-run-it practice
• Collaborate across the small team of developers and with other stakeholders

Frontend Engineer

• Lead the design and development of our next-generation frontend architecture
• Implement high-quality user interfaces that are fast, beautiful, and accessible
• Build complex state management systems that are reliable and easy to understand
• Define and enforce frontend code standards, testing practices, and validation frameworks
• Translate designs from Figma into modular, production-ready code
• Own the frontend development process end-to-end, from technical planning through QA and release
• Develop new client-facing features and interfaces
• Partner with designers and backend engineers to create seamless experiences
• Drive improvements in performance, maintainability, scalability, and overall FE code health
• Tackle complex architecture challenges and apply architectural standards
• Help shape engineering culture and grow the frontend team

• Data is core to Perchwell's mission of creating a unified Multiple Listing System (MLS). As a Staff Data Engineer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust data solutions
• Create and scale powerful data pipelines that seamlessly integrate millions of property listings and market insights from multiple real estate data sources and APIs
• Champion data excellence by architecting automated governance systems that ensure pristine data quality and deep observability across our platform
• Lead the evolution of our data infrastructure to support rapid MLS onboarding, building solutions that will serve real estate professionals nationwide
• Partner with our Data Analytics team to transform raw property data into actionable insights, powering decision-making tools and market intelligence dashboards
