About the role

Providing day-to-day support to project managers in planning, execution, and delivery of projects
Taking ownership of smaller, less complex projects as assigned, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
Monitoring study progress and alerting Project Manager and other study team members of resourcing or timeline issues
Performing recurring checks on project files and study status reports
Supporting Project Manager during internal and external study team meetings
Assisting Project Manager with study document and slide development
Acting as a Project Manager’s back-up during out of office times, and being a point of contact for clients
Assisting with cross-functional support requests and questions
Aligning project approach with stakeholders and tracking activities against the project schedule
Coordinating and supporting imaging center set-up and training

Experience using tools (e.g., MS Office) to effectively communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders
Bachelor's Degree in a biological science, health science technology or equivalent education with relevant work experience
Fluent in English
