About the role
- Provide day-to-day support to projects managers in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various functions.
- Take ownership of smaller, less complex projects as assigned, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Coordinate and support imaging center set-up, training, qualification.
- Monitor study progress and alert Project Manager and study team members of any resourcing or timeline issues.
- Assist the Project Manager during internal and external study team meetings, as needed, taking meeting minutes if required.
- Align project approach with stakeholders, and track activities against the project schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a biological science, health science technology or equivalent education with relevant work experience
- English: Fluent.
- Experience using tools (e.g., MS Office) to effectively communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders
