About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyse and map end-to-end business processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimisation
Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand pain points and define improvement opportunities
Build strong business cases with clear ROI and financial impact to support prioritisation of initiatives
Work closely with data, AI and engineering teams to implement solutions into live environments
Drive change management and adoption across business units
Define success metrics and track value realisation post-implementation
Ensure solutions are delivered in line with governance, risk and compliance requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong analytical capability with experience in mapping, mining and optimisation of enterprise business processes and system integration workflows
Experience building business cases and performing cost-benefit or ROI analysis
Experience in a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Value Analyst or similar role
Exposure to one or more processing mining tools, process mining tools, optimisation methodologies or frameworks
Familiar with data analysis tools and practices
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Operations Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Master's degree in Business Process Management, Analytics, or related discipline would be a plus.
Formal training and certifications relevant to business analysis and process modelling would be an advantage.
