About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As a Senior Business Developer / Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing new strategic accounts.
  • Build and grow a portfolio of high-potential clients (mid-market / enterprise)
  • Manage full sales cycles
  • Close significant, high-value deals
  • Contribute to the strategic thinking and evolution of the offering
  • Targeted commercial development
  • Define and execute a prospecting strategy focused on priority segments (e-commerce, DNVB, B2B players with logistics flows)
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders (founders, COOs, Heads of Operations, Supply chain, etc.)
  • Conduct full sales cycles: discovery, qualification, demo, proposal, negotiation
  • Understand prospects’ business challenges and craft an appropriate value proposition
  • Structure relevant commercial offers (transportation, fulfillment, hybrid solutions)
  • Lead negotiations through to contract signing
  • Maximize deal value (volume, margin, growth potential)
  • Maintain a high standard of quality for the pipeline and opportunities
  • Share best practices and sales methodologies
  • Support the upskilling of more junior team members
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in services, logistics, transportation, SaaS, or e-commerce
  • Proven track record closing complex, high-stakes deals
  • Ability to engage with decision-makers (CEOs, COOs, heads of operations)
  • Value/ROI/business-impact oriented approach
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to structure commercial offers
  • Autonomous, rigorous, structured thinker with a strong result-orientation
  • Comfortable in a scaling/structuring environment with a high level of ownership
