Premium Finance VP Sales Executive
Peoples BankSales Executive generating business at Peoples Premium Finance, headquartered in Missouri. Responsible for developing new relationships and managing existing accounts.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish new Peoples Premium Finance contacts to generate new business opportunities through cold calling, investigating leads, prospecting and closing sales while onboarding and training new Customers
- Open and build new relationships with prospective agencies/brokerages
- Increase unit count, premium and interest margin by protecting existing relationships and consistently adding new insurance agents to the portfolio of active customers
- Conduct needs analyses for prospects and Customers
- Learn and effectively communicate technology and service offerings to drive conversion and development of relationships
- Foster good working relationships with support Associates, including Client Account Executive and Managers
- Will perform special projects as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- College graduate or experience equivalent
- 2-3 years outside sales experience in the financial services/ insurance related field or marketing experience within an insurance environment is a plus
- High degree of self-motivation, a self-starter and driven
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as sales/closing skills
- Leadership skills and confidence in own abilities
- Ability to earn trust with a wide variety of personality types
- Passion for selling and a strong set of personal goals for achievement
- Detailed-oriented and highly organized
- Outgoing and positive personality
- Strong computer skills, including CRM (Hubspot) and Microsoft products.
