About the role
- Primary point person for corporate social media handles
- This involves creation of social media calendar for posting
- Reviewing and responding to comments and messages sent to the corporate social media handles
- Ideate, execute and evaluate experiments to constantly drive optimization of our social media channel
- Partner with other marketers on team to implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies and tactics including peoplesbancorp.com and Peoples Bank’s online banking platform
- Drive increase in peoplesbancorp.com web traffic
- May be responsible for paid digital advertising campaigns on partner websites
- Will perform special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Financial services experience preferred
- Experience with Google Analytics and Ads
- Experience with paid social marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Tiktok, Glassdoor)
- Experience in SEO, keyword optimization and content development
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Experience in Adobe or Canva
- DATA and KPI enthusiast
- Energetic, proactive, results-driven and passion for test and learn across channels and platforms
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
