About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and cultivate relationships with contractors and subcontractors
- Identify potential customer leads and cold call
- Execute a sales funnel process through close
- Develop proposals and manage sales process using Salesforce
- Ensure customer satisfaction through collaboration
- Build exceptional relationships by spending at least 75% of time customer-facing
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years direct/outside sales/B2B experience with a preference in construction and/or staffing
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently
- Bilingual candidates are preferred
- HS Diploma/GED or equivalent required
