💰 $17 - $20 per hour
About the role
- Support the Branch Manager by assisting with daily branch operations
- Help recruit new applicants and proactively match them with customers' open positions
- Assist applicants through the employment process and set appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers and associates
- Navigate multiple operating systems, including Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and JobStack staffing app
- Enter inbound orders from new and existing customers into the system
- Process payroll for temporary workers in a timely manner
- Promote a culture of safety and ensure safety and compliance are top of mind
- Perform additional responsibilities as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree preferred
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Possess effective people skills with the ability to relate to management and employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and multi-task effectively
- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office
- Must have access to reliable transportation
