• Support the Branch Manager by assisting with daily branch operations
• Help recruit new applicants and proactively match them with customers' open positions
• Assist applicants through the employment process and set appointments
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers and associates
• Navigate multiple operating systems, including Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and JobStack staffing app
• Enter inbound orders from new and existing customers into the system
• Process payroll for temporary workers in a timely manner
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure safety and compliance are top of mind
• Perform additional responsibilities as required
