Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with the CTO, General Counsel/Compliance, and Head of Infrastructure to scope, plan, and drive the execution of technical programs
Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment by continually assessing new information and rapidly adapting program strategies
Utilize advanced technical project management methodologies and tools
Establish a framework for program governance
Proactively manage the downstream impacts of shifting technical priorities
Present program strategies, updates, and risk mitigation plans to senior leadership
Execute programs that align PeopleOne Health’s systems with healthcare regulations
Support the technical delivery of audit readiness and compliance monitoring workflows
Act as a bridge connecting the Technology and Compliance departments
Oversee enterprise-wide technical initiatives for improving productivity and collaboration environments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical program management
Deep knowledge of technical program management principles
Strong familiarity with healthcare security frameworks, IT general controls, audit frameworks, and industry compliance standards
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related technical field
Preferred Certifications: PMP, PgMP, CISA, CISM, or Agile/Scrum certifications
