About the role
- Targeted outbound outreach via phone, email, social media, and conferences
- Conducting first-call discovery to qualify prospects
- Reactivating stale or inactive leads
- Scheduling qualified meetings for sales closers
- Updating and maintaining our CRM (HubSpot)
- Building and executing outbound workflows using sales engagement tools
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a role that required resilience and persistence in the face of rejection (e.g., sales, athletics, entrepreneurship, performing arts, writing)
- Are process-driven, organized, and detail-oriented
- Thrive as a team player (bonus points if you’ve played a team sport)
- Bring your own energy and positivity wherever you go
- Enjoy working with entrepreneurs and navigating ambiguity
- Are a self-starter who has taught yourself a new skill in the past year
- Are technically savvy and comfortable with MS Office or Google Workspace
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Have a strong work ethic and follow-through.
