• Ensure PeopleCert’s AI models run reliably, securely, and at scale in production.
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML models.
• Automate deployment workflows for training, testing, and serving models in enterprise environments.
• Set up monitoring and observability frameworks to detect model drift, bias, and performance degradation.
• Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers to transition models from prototype to production.
• Optimize infrastructure for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
• Document workflows and establish best practices for AI operations.
• Turn prototypes into trusted enterprise services and maintain model health once live.
• May work on Home Office Secure English Language Tests (SELTs) requiring background checks and language proficiency.
