Account Executive – Marketplace
People TalentAccount Executive handling consultative negotiations with medium and large companies in Marketplace. Presenting solutions that generate financial and tax benefits through international software acquisitions.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct consultative negotiations with mid-market and large enterprise clients;
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization related to software and tax charges;
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing;
- Deliver executive-level presentations to strategic decision-makers;
- Build relationships with finance, controllership, and technology teams;
- Prepare commercial proposals and lead complex negotiations;
- Use CRM to manage pipeline and forecasts;
- Identify cross-sell opportunities across Nexforce solutions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in B2B consultative sales for technology or SaaS;
- Experience with Enterprise sales;
- Experience with complex sales cycles (45 to 60 days or longer);
- Track record of high-ticket sales;
- Knowledge of financial, fiscal, or tax processes;
- Experience with CRM (preferably HubSpot);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Resilient, consultative profile with strong negotiation skills;
- Residency in São Paulo.
