About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop projects and initiatives related to corporate benefits
- Coordinate services and transactions with benefits providers
- Monitor area KPIs, generating insights and improvements
- Conduct quotes and negotiations with new vendors
- Track costs (invoices, orders, allocations) and ensure budgetary control
- Conduct audits and various reports, ensuring compliance and transparency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
- Intermediate English (desired)
- Proven experience in corporate benefits
- Experience in developing benefits-related projects
- Advanced knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office and PowerPoint, with emphasis on Excel
