About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop the BDRs/SDRs team
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics
  • Ensure generation of qualified demand for both business units
  • Establish prospecting and qualification processes
  • Identify new channels, tools, and partners for demand generation
  • Handle hiring, training, and development of the team
  • Ensure targets are met and KPIs improve
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps
  • Use data to drive decision-making and optimize results

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience leading Pre-Sales teams
  • Experience managing teams of approximately 8 to 10 people
  • Experience with outbound demand generation
  • Experience with lead qualification and prospecting
  • Background in technology companies
  • Experience in B2B and Enterprise operations
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
  • Analytical profile and metrics-oriented
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Must be based in São Paulo
