Pre-Sales Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop the BDRs/SDRs team
- Develop and monitor performance metrics
- Ensure generation of qualified demand for both business units
- Establish prospecting and qualification processes
- Identify new channels, tools, and partners for demand generation
- Handle hiring, training, and development of the team
- Ensure targets are met and KPIs improve
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps
- Use data to drive decision-making and optimize results
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience leading Pre-Sales teams
- Experience managing teams of approximately 8 to 10 people
- Experience with outbound demand generation
- Experience with lead qualification and prospecting
- Background in technology companies
- Experience in B2B and Enterprise operations
- Knowledge of CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
- Analytical profile and metrics-oriented
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Must be based in São Paulo
