About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan and execute events, activations, conventions and sales fairs
Ensure excellence of points of sale and sales support materials
Serve as liaison between Marketing, Product and Sales
Support development launches and promotional campaigns
Manage vendors, timelines, contracts and budgets
Monitor field activities and ensure quality of execution
Coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives
Develop initiatives to strengthen the brand and support sales.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related fields
Solid experience in Trade Marketing
Experience with events, activations and promotional activities
Experience in the real estate market
Vendor management, budget and timeline control
Intermediate to advanced Excel
Nice-to-have: Experience with property launches; Experience with sales fairs, conventions and events for brokers/real estate agents
