About the role
- Prospecting and relationship building
- Networking and client engagement activities
- Keeping CRM updated with activity and client information
- Bidding and preparing proposals for projects including CAD layouts
- Developing long-lasting customer relationships
Requirements
- 5+ years in a service-based industry
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or design role in a service-based industry
- Experience with prospecting leads and relationship building
- Proven track record of sales and/or business development
- Experience bidding on projects, preparing proposals, and presenting to clients
- Proactive, customer-centric mindset
- Self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in wood flooring or adjacent service industry is a plus
- CAD experience is preferred but not required
