HR Generalist
People Performance Resources, LLCHR Generalist partnering with clients on employee relations and compliance while supporting operational initiatives at PPR in Dallas-Fort Worth Area.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advising clients on employee relations, compliance, performance management, leaves, accommodations, investigations, audits, and HR best practices
- Partnering with PPR’s internal Payroll and Benefits Department in support of clients’ payroll, benefits, HRIS administration, and year-end compliance activities
- Leading HR process improvement
- Drafting policies, employee communications, corrective actions, and other HR documentation
- Building strong client relationships through responsiveness, sound judgment, and professionalism
- Navigating multiple clients, priorities, and business environments with adaptability and accountability
- Contributing positively to team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and firm culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated ability to manage both tactical and strategic priorities
- Strong employee relations and compliance knowledge
- Experience being a liaison between internal and client payroll and benefits
- Experience implementing or optimizing HRIS platforms (e.g., Gusto, Paylocity, ADP, etc.)
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
- High degree of confidentiality, sound judgment and accountability
- Managing multiple priorities and shifting business needs
- A collaborative, accountable, and client-service-oriented mindset
- HR certification preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR)
- A bachelor’s degree
