Business Operations Coordinator
People Performance Resources, LLCBusiness Operations Coordinator at PPR, ensuring operational efficiency and strategic project execution across businesses. Collaborating with the COO and cross-functional teams in a supportive role.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with the COO to manage priorities, schedules, and key deliverables
- Track operational activities such as invoices, contracts, and project milestones
- Prepare meeting materials, summaries, and internal reports
- Maintain organized digital files and documentation systems
- Support execution of strategic initiatives and special projects
- Track progress against goals and ensure follow-through on key deliverables
- Coordinate meetings, document action items, and monitor completion
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows
- Maintain and improve internal systems (e.g., Monday.com, Harvest, shared drives)
- Ensure data accuracy, organization, and version control
- Troubleshoot basic system issues and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Build and manage templates, trackers, and dashboards
- Coordinate logistics for marketing initiatives and client projects
- Track pipeline activity including leads, proposals, and onboarding progress
- Maintain organized documentation and reporting for business development efforts
- Support team meetings, engagement initiatives, and company events
- Track completion of trainings, surveys, and performance processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with project management tools (Monday.com preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Clear, concise communicator, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Comfortable working with sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
