About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Qualify leads through remote communications, identifying sales opportunities.
- Deliver presentations to prospective clients via phone calls and online communication.
- Identify and understand customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions that meet their requirements.
- Close deals and negotiate sales terms with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and achievement of sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, update information in the CRM (HubSpot), and generate sales performance reports.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Sales Tools Proficiency: Experience with CRMs, sales automation systems, video conferencing platforms, and other online communication tools.
- Sales Techniques: Knowledge of sales techniques such as lead qualification, proposal preparation, and closing deals.
- Negotiation: Ability to negotiate sales terms and close agreements that are beneficial for both the company and the customer.
- Data Analysis: Capability to analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
