About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Active Prospecting: Identify and actively prospect potential stores, targeting Brazilian and Hispanic business owners and managers in the USA.
  • Partnership Development: Present the company and its solutions with the goal of converting these stores into business partners to resell our products.
  • Scheduling and Conducting Meetings: Schedule calls and deliver effective presentations aimed at securing new partnerships.
  • Onboarding and Follow-up: Ensure activation/onboarding of new partners and monitor recurring sales to maintain ongoing engagement.
  • Training: Train the partner's sales staff and broader team on the product, market niche, and the company's sales processes.
  • Contribution to Growth: Play a key role in the company's expansion, helping to scale and broaden our operations.
  • Contract Preparation: Responsible for completing and drafting partnership agreements for incoming partners.
  • Opportunity Management: Manage opportunities using the CRM (Kommo), from prospecting through to closing new partnerships.
  • Follow-up: Regularly review all partnership opportunities generated to maximize conversion and lead utilization, tracking the progress of each opportunity and honoring return/follow-up dates recorded in the CRM (Kommo).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluent Spanish.
  • Proven experience in active prospecting (cold calling, emails).
  • Knowledge of outbound sales techniques and consultative selling approach.
  • Willingness and proactivity to make a high volume of daily calls (cold calls) to identify new business opportunities and make initial contact with potential clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct sales presentations and calls clearly and persuasively.
  • Results-oriented, able to work independently and in a team to meet established targets.
  • Able to remain productive and organized while working remotely (home office).
  • Experience with CRM tools for lead and pipeline management.
  • Strategic business mindset to contribute to improvements in internal processes.
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
