About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive pipeline growth through outbound prospecting across both enterprise and growth accounts.
- Secure meetings by utilizing a mix of channels—including LinkedIn, cold calling, email, events, and creative outreach strategies.
- Run experiments by treating sales as an iterative process: test ideas, analyze results, and double down on what proves effective.
- Conduct account research by identifying and building highly targeted prospect lists, leveraging tools like Claude, Clay, and AI-powered workflows.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns by combining traditional outbound methods with innovative approaches.
- Partner closely with AEs and founders to support account planning, discovery preparation, and expansion opportunities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of full-time sales experience in a quota-carrying or customer-facing role, ideally within a SaaS environment
- Strong AI proficiency — you regularly use AI tools in your daily workflow and are enthusiastic about enhancing productivity through AI
- Excellent communication skills — you are a strong writer and confident engaging with senior stakeholders
- A curious mindset — you enjoy learning about new technologies and understanding customer challenges
- A competitive, self-driven attitude — you are motivated by ambitious goals and eager to increase your impact
