Key responsibilities & impact

Full-Stack Development — Build and maintain product features across both the frontend and backend, taking full ownership of the end-to-end experience.
Frontend Architecture — Develop clean, high-performing interfaces using React. Help set frontend standards and continuously raise the quality bar.
Product Collaboration — Work closely with engineers and product stakeholders to translate real customer needs into thoughtfully designed solutions.
Technical Design — Take part in architecture discussions, contributing to decisions that shape the evolution of our platform.
Customer Impact — Engage directly with customers, gathering feedback to inform and guide your work.
Feature Ownership — Manage projects from specification through to launch, taking initiative without the need for hand-holding or passing off work.
Engineering Excellence — Uphold high standards for code quality, documentation, and reliability.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in software engineering, building and deploying production applications
Strong proficiency in React, with genuine full-stack capabilities—including backend development
Experience with Go, or a willingness to learn it
A product-focused mindset—you consider the user experience, not just technical implementation
Excellent written communication skills; able to document your own decisions in an async-first team environment
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or infrastructure products is a strong plus
