About the role
- The all-in-one AI-powered creative management platform for marketers and agencies is looking for a Chief of Staff to help shape the future of data-driven advertising. As Chief of Staff to their CEO, you will be the strategic right hand for driving execution, alignment, and efficiency across the executive team. This high-impact role enables the CEO to scale thoughtfully by owning cross-functional initiative managing strategic priorities, and elevating operational effectiveness across the business. This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite 3 days/week.
- Strategic Leadership & Execution: Own operational rhythm, drive priority-setting across teams, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Project & Initiative Management: Lead high-stakes projects (e.g., new product launches, fundraising efforts, GTM campaigns), managing timelines, stakeholder communication, and success metrics.
- Executive Support & Preparation: Prepare board materials, presentations, and talking points. Coordinate investor relations and executive communications.
- Operational Efficiency & Culture: Improve processes, decision-making frameworks, and meeting cadences. Advance Atria’s culture of transparency and high performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance leaders to translate vision into execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate operations, or program leadership - ideally within high-growth startups.
- Proven track record collaborating with C-level executives to shape strategic outcomes and execution.
- Strong organizational and project-management finesse in managing cross-functional, high-impact initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication—especially in presenting complex ideas succinctly.
- High ownership mindset, strong judgment, and the ability to navigate fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Passion for AI, marketing technologies, and scaling early-stage startups.
