- Build the After-Hours Brain for Healthcare
- Own the complete autonomous operations pipeline
- Design and implement the intelligence that determines when AI can handle situations independently versus when human expertise is required
- Build the tools and integrations that power our voice agents
- Develop monitoring, review, and audit systems
- Create continuous improvement pipelines that learn from every call
- Work directly with operations teams
- Build full-stack solutions that work from day one
- Partner with stakeholders to define automation boundaries
Requirements
- 3-5 years in startup environments
- Production conversational AI experience
- LLM production expertise
- Operations tooling background
- Full-stack comfort across backend systems, LLM workflows, and user-facing applications
- Operations translation skills
