About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform quality control of contracts, policy booklets, endorsements and documents related to insurer changes.
  • Verify data accuracy prior to implementation and follow up on required corrections.
  • Produce and validate market studies before forwarding them to the relevant teams.
  • Act as the primary contact for the Web-DAS software and source deductions (DAS), including data entry and validation.
  • Validate initial invoices and identify discrepancies in rates, benefits or contributions.
  • Support the team with complex files and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in group benefits (collective insurance).
  • Excellent understanding of implementation and insurer change processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, data validation experience and quality-control capabilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, rigor and accuracy in work execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of Web-DAS (an asset).
  • Self-directed, well organized and excellent communication skills.
