About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail for the Client Service team.
  • File enrolments and member change requests as appropriate.
  • Manage the general email inbox - converting requests onto appropriate platforms.
  • Support the portal approvals process for standard transactions.
  • Complete written communications and letters to Plan Members and Plan Sponsors.
  • Support the month end billing cycle.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks, while supporting various ad hoc administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of professional experience in the group benefits industry (claims, group administration)
  • 2+ years of professional experience working in a client focused environment with commitment to service excellence.
  • Completion of post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Bilingual fluency in both French and English is preferred and considered a strong asset.
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Professional and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet client and internal needs.
