About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle incoming and outgoing mail for the Client Service team.
- File enrolments and member change requests as appropriate.
- Manage the general email inbox - converting requests onto appropriate platforms.
- Support the portal approvals process for standard transactions.
- Complete written communications and letters to Plan Members and Plan Sponsors.
- Support the month end billing cycle.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks, while supporting various ad hoc administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of professional experience in the group benefits industry (claims, group administration)
- 2+ years of professional experience working in a client focused environment with commitment to service excellence.
- Completion of post-secondary education or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Bilingual fluency in both French and English is preferred and considered a strong asset.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Professional and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet client and internal needs.
