About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent the product vision to the development team.
Translate business and stakeholder needs into a prioritized backlog.
Build, maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, risk and effort.
Write epics and user stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria.
Act as a bridge between stakeholders, technical teams and the development team.
Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective, refinement) and support sprint tracking.
Manage the product roadmap and communicate priorities, dependencies and scope changes.
Ensure traceability between technical work items and project milestones/deliverables.
Interact with multidisciplinary teams and support communication with international external partners.
Track product and delivery metrics, translating them into decisions and executive reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Product Owner or Functional Analyst at mid-level.
Strong command of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog/sprint routines.
Ability to elicit and document requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria).
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (boards, backlogs, work items) or an equivalent tool, with willingness to migrate.
Knowledge of the industrial/technology sector, ideally semiconductors, electronics or hardware.
Technical English (ability to read standards/documentation and communicate with international partners).
