About the role
- Responsible for executing Trade Marketing strategies within the territory under their management
- Ensure correct implementation of activities across grocery retail, cash & carry/wholesale (atacarejo), pharmacy, distributors and specialized channels
- Serve as the interface between the regional commercial team and corporate departments
- Monitor, analyze and report performance indicators (sell-in, sell-out, MDV, execution and numeric distribution)
- Supervise promoters and manage external agencies and point-of-sale operations
- Ensure proper use of trade funds/budgets and compliance with registration and contract processes
- Adapt plans and initiatives according to regional particularities to maximize results.
Requirements
- Experience in Trade Marketing
- Experience with multiple distribution channels (retail, cash & carry/wholesale - atacarejo, pharmacy, distributors)
- Experience managing promoters, agencies and point-of-sale operations
- Experience monitoring commercial and execution indicators.
