About the role
- Responsible for leading the development, standardization, and implementation of the corporate Trade Marketing strategy across all channels
- Acts as guardian of the multichannel strategy, ensuring consistency between brand, execution, and commercial performance
- Translate business objectives into structured, scalable channel plans
- Ensure alignment between brand, in‑store execution, and commercial performance
- Develop and manage the corporate promotional calendar
- Plan, monitor, and control the Trade Marketing budget
- Define, track, and analyze execution and outcome performance indicators (KPIs)
- Establish governance, processes, and review rituals to monitor the Trade strategy
- Support and guide regional teams in the correct application of the multichannel strategy.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing
- Experience building multichannel strategies and channel plans
- Experience managing Trade budgets and funds
- Experience working in corporate environments with strong cross-functional interaction
- Experience with data analysis and commercial performance metrics
