Key responsibilities & impact

Drive online sales growth through website conversion optimizations.
Lead the strategy and execution of eCommerce initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across marketing, creative, performance marketing, and customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance average order value (AOV).
Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, AOV).
Support customer acquisition and retention strategies through effective website merchandising.
Monitor industry trends and digital best practices to inform future opportunities.
Present website performance reports to internal teams and stakeholders regularly.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in eCommerce management with a strong track record of scaling online sales for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, ideally in the beauty or skincare industry.
Proven expertise in managing eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and other tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and developing/managing the user experience roadmap.
Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies – SEO, paid search, email marketing, and paid social – to inform website strategies and plans.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
