About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists in conducting in-services and training sessions for medical devices in hospitals.
  • Perform monthly consignment stock checks at hospital sites and assist in stock reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Support administrative tasks, including report generation and documentation, to aid operational efficiency.
  • Assist in setting up a referral program targeting private surgeons for deep vein thrombosis (DVT) patients, ensuring referrals from various specialties align with program objectives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A High school diploma and currently enrolled in university or recently completed a degree in healthcare, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of medical devices is a plus.
  • Interest in program development and patient care pathways is preferred.
