About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct market, technology, and competitive analyses to support identification and evaluation of new business development opportunities
Maintain and continue to optimize internal infrastructure to monitor and track strategic opportunities
Build market models, valuation analyses, and financial models to support business and capital allocation decisions
Assist with due diligence and synthesize findings into presentations for executive-level discussions
Build a strong understanding of the company’s current product portfolio, target end markets, and pipeline priorities to better inform strategic decisions and direction
Partner and maintain effective communication and alignment with marketing, finance, R&D and other business functions

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Advanced degree preferred
Engineering, science or healthcare background and experience
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Strong financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market modeling capabilities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and a high degree of intellectual curiosity
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and other standard office tools
