About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute local marketing strategies and product launches in alignment with EMEA Marketing and Local Sales Management.
- Manage the product lifecycle across assigned markets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Support revenue, pricing and commercial strategies in collaboration with Sales.
- Create and localize marketing and sales materials for the local market.
- Plan and deliver customer events, product trainings and educational programs.
- Organize and support participation in congresses, symposia and other scientific meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and scientific societies.
- Partner closely with Sales by providing commercial tools, training and field support.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand, regulatory and quality standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in the medical device industry.
- Experience in the endovascular field with a strong understanding of the market, key stakeholders and customer landscape.
- Background in marketing, product management, sales or clinical roles.
- Experience with product launches, market analysis and competitive research.
- Experience building and managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative, proactive, adaptable and well-organized working style with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%.
