Peripheral Territory Manager – Saxony, Thuringia, Saxony-Anhalt

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsibility for the sustainable development and expansion of your sales territory
- Building long-term partnerships with hospitals and interventional physicians in radiology, vascular surgery and cardiology
- Clinical consultation and support for the use of our innovative Penumbra products
- Independently executing product launches and delivering presentations to users and procurement
- Strategic analysis and further development of existing accounts as well as identification of new market opportunities
- Establishing and maintaining close relationships with relevant decision-makers and key opinion leaders
- Implementing regional sales and marketing strategies with a high degree of autonomy
- Assisting with interventional procedures and providing support directly in the clinical setting
- Representing Penumbra at conferences, workshops and professional events
- Close collaboration with cross-functional teams at national and European levels
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed training or degree in medicine, natural sciences or business administration
- Several years of sales experience with a strong closing orientation and enthusiasm for developing new opportunities
- Understanding of clinical processes and the ability to build trusting relationships within hospital environments
- Motivated personality with a confident presence, strong initiative and enthusiasm for innovative MedTech solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and a collaborative, solution-focused working style
- High willingness to learn, flexibility and motivation to succeed in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
- Independent, structured and reliable working style with a high level of personal responsibility
- Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel regularly within the sales territory
