About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary contact for equipment-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and service support within our Pool Division
  • Diagnose equipment issues using technical documentation, system data, and customer input
  • Assist customers and field technicians with setup, operation, maintenance, and repair guidance
  • Schedule or supporting service visits and follow up on open service cases to resolution
  • Process parts orders, warranty claims, returns (RMAs), and service documentation as required
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding service status, timelines, and next steps
  • Collaborate with internal teams including production, engineering, shipping, quality, and sales to resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within CRM and ERP system
  • Participate in ongoing technical and product training to stay current on equipment updates and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
  • A background in technical field work in the Pool industry or a similar field is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Must be able to multi-task, have great computer skills, and be able to work within several different software applications at once
