About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary contact for equipment-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and service support within our Pool Division
- Diagnose equipment issues using technical documentation, system data, and customer input
- Assist customers and field technicians with setup, operation, maintenance, and repair guidance
- Schedule or supporting service visits and follow up on open service cases to resolution
- Process parts orders, warranty claims, returns (RMAs), and service documentation as required
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service status, timelines, and next steps
- Collaborate with internal teams including production, engineering, shipping, quality, and sales to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within CRM and ERP system
- Participate in ongoing technical and product training to stay current on equipment updates and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
- A background in technical field work in the Pool industry or a similar field is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience working with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Must be able to multi-task, have great computer skills, and be able to work within several different software applications at once
