About the role
- Work with inbound calls, specializing in certain product lines to help customers and dealers troubleshoot products
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve pool and spa equipment issues using advanced troubleshooting skills
- Provide quality telephone and email support with a high degree of customer service and technical expertise
- Maintain current knowledge of all product offerings and technical support procedures
- Demonstrate experience in problem resolution and technical problem identification
- Resolve customer problems, disputes, and complaints efficiently and professionally
Requirements
- Prior experience working on pool and spa equipment
- Strong technical and customer service skills
- Experience in technical product support (hands on, phone support, or other experience)
- Previous Pool technical experience related to troubleshooting/diagnostics/repair of mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems
- Bilingual preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must live within 45 minutes of Apopka, FL or Phoenix, AZ
