Key responsibilities & impact

Work with inbound calls, specializing in certain product lines to help customers and dealers troubleshoot products
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve pool and spa equipment issues using advanced troubleshooting skills
Provide quality telephone and email support with a high degree of customer service and technical expertise
Maintain current knowledge of all product offerings and technical support procedures
Demonstrate experience in problem resolution and technical problem identification
Resolve customer problems, disputes, and complaints efficiently and professionally

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior experience working on pool and spa equipment
Strong technical and customer service skills
Experience in technical product support (hands on, phone support, or other experience)
Previous Pool technical experience related to troubleshooting/diagnostics/repair of mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems
Bilingual preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must live within 45 minutes of Apopka, FL or Phoenix, AZ
