About the role

  • Work with inbound calls, specializing in certain product lines to help customers and dealers troubleshoot products
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve pool and spa equipment issues using advanced troubleshooting skills
  • Provide quality telephone and email support with a high degree of customer service and technical expertise
  • Maintain current knowledge of all product offerings and technical support procedures
  • Demonstrate experience in problem resolution and technical problem identification
  • Resolve customer problems, disputes, and complaints efficiently and professionally

Requirements

  • Prior experience working on pool and spa equipment
  • Strong technical and customer service skills
  • Experience in technical product support (hands on, phone support, or other experience)
  • Previous Pool technical experience related to troubleshooting/diagnostics/repair of mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must live within 45 minutes of Apopka, FL or Phoenix, AZ
