• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Penta Group’s internal global service desk, ensuring consistent, high-quality technical support for all employees
• Be responsible for maintaining operational excellence across the helpdesk function, driving adherence to SLAs and resolution targets, and ensuring a seamless end-user support experience

IT Helpdesk Manager

• Serve as the on-site technical resource for the Washington, DC office, resolving hardware, software, network, and office technology issues requiring physical interaction
• Provide remote support for other US offices when issues are escalated beyond Tier 1 or require deeper technical troubleshooting
• Assist in maintaining and monitoring IT systems, endpoints, and office technology to ensure optimal performance, uptime, and security

Brand Manager

• - Oversee and manage the strategic direction of projects, designate tasks to Producers and Designers accordingly, and ensure the team stays on track to meet clients' needs based on the scope of work agreements.
• - Lead client meetings, serving as the first point of contact for any concerns or questions.
• - Monitor clients' business, industry activities, and related media coverage to maintain a current knowledge base of the relevant market and news cycles.
• - Use industry-specific research assessments to inform strategic client recommendations and proposals for potential clients.
• - Work closely with client teams and internal teams to provide direction that turns qualitative and quantitative research into creative, emotionally compelling, and digital storytelling concepts that capture the depth of insights and findings.

Senior Director, Brand Strategy

• Work collaboratively with creative strategy and production teams developing brand strategy and creative campaign recommendations for clients
• Draft planning materials that ensure high-quality, strategically sound creative deliverables, including project proposals, strategy briefs, and creative briefs
• Inform strategy and partner with creative production team to execute comprehensive creative campaign assets, including TV/video, digital, social, radio, websites, and event activations

Brand Strategist / Senior Brand Strategist

Performance Marketing

• Penta is seeking a highly collaborative Senior Paid Media Manager to lead the execution of multi-channel paid media campaigns across a variety of platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, X (formerly Twitter), StackAdapt, and Campaign Manager 360. In your role, you’ll oversee trafficking, QA, budget pacing, and platform-level adjustments for various media campaigns, while partnering closely with media strategists, media managers, and ad analytics specialists.
• You’ll also support the creation of reporting deliverables, writing performance insights, and presenting updates during internal and client meetings.
• Additional responsibilities will include managing vendor invoicing, troubleshooting platform issues, and mentoring junior team members.
• The role is ideal for someone who is technically minded, and excellent at telling stories with data, to join a fast scaling area of Penta’s business and contribute to client success while growing alongside a developing team.
• The Senior Paid Media Manager is expected to:
- Lead the day-to-day execution of paid media campaigns across digital platforms, including Campaign Manager 360, LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, X, and StackAdapt
- Oversee campaign flighting, including launch schedules, trafficking, naming conventions, UTM parameters, pixel implementation, creative QA, and tracking verification
- Conduct QA across creative assets, tracking, and targeting to ensure campaigns are launched error-free
- Identify and resolve in-platform issues such as ad disapprovals, delivery anomalies, tracking errors, or budget pacing discrepancies to ensure uninterrupted campaign performance
- Coordinate with creative and brand teams to manage asset delivery, ensuring all files meet platform specifications and launch timelines
- Collaborate with media and brand strategists on optimizations, regularly reviewing performance data and making platform-level adjustments
- Manage weekly pacing and optimization workflows, contribute insights to reporting and wrap-up decks, and present campaign performance during client calls and internal reviews
- Maintain internal documentation including trafficking templates, naming conventions, and QA checklists to support consistent campaign execution
- Monitor ad platform updates and policy changes, communicating relevant implications to internal teams and adjusting campaign setups as needed
- Own invoice tracking and approvals in coordination with Finance and vendor teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Delegate tasks to junior campaign managers and serve as a mentor to support team development
• The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelors degree, with majors in areas such as business, finance, economics, or analytics, being preferred
- 5–7+ years of hands-on multi-channel paid media campaign management experience supporting mid-enterprise level clients in an agency environment
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, X, StackAdapt or similar DSP, Campaign Manager 360, and Google Analytics
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate campaign insights into compelling client facing presentations
- A deep understanding of campaign flighting, pacing, optimization workflows, and QA standards
- A proven track record of resolving platform issues and managing performance-based adjustments.
Experience with media invoicing, reconciliation, and vendor coordination
- A detail-oriented and highly organized mindset, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once
- A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Prior experience mentoring junior team members is a plus
- Experience managing campaigns for clients in regulated industries such as Telecommunications, Finance, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, and others which is highly desirable
• Salary Range:
The base salary range for this position will be $87,000 - $107,000 per year depending on a candidate’s experience and qualifications as they relate to the position.
