About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support preparation of risk reports and management information packs for stakeholders, including senior management
Improve and maintain data infrastructure and reporting tools supporting investment risk oversight
Design dashboards and report automation
Maintain clear, accurate records and supporting evidence for risk reviews, recommendations, approvals and follow-up actions
Coordinate team activities, governance forum submissions and broader deliverables to ensure timely progress
Engage with Investment, Risk, Operations, Finance and Technology teams to obtain data and understand business processes
Report to the Head of Asset Risk and support the wider Investment Risk & Counterparty Risk team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint skills
Proactive, self-starting approach with strong common sense and judgement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Curiosity, learning agility, and a genuine interest in financial services
Ability to analyse information and communicate findings clearly and concisely
Exposure to financial services, investments, risk management, or asset management through internships, placements, or work experience
Experience using data analysis and reporting tools including Tableau, SQL and Python
