About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, prepare, and lead meetings with accounting firms, from project kickoff through lessons learned
Analyze business needs based on field feedback and migration experience
Write documentation and user stories
Lead workshops and webinars
Ensure a clear, documented migration process
Adapt the approach to different situations while adhering to existing processes
Communicate alignment between technical solutions and business needs
Serve as the information liaison with the PSS Back team responsible for integration, fixes, and quality control
Contribute to configuring Pennylane according to accounting firms’ business processes
Participate in functional testing before migration
Collaborate on debugging and resolving business issues after migration
Conduct intermediate and final functional testing
Contribute to post-migration reporting and recommend improvements
Identify and prioritize automation and optimization needs
Monitor product and industry developments
Recommend improvements and flag gaps or malfunctions
Help turn business needs into actionable solutions
Provide occasional support to PSS Back production activities as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Accounting qualification: IUT GEA, BTS CGO, DCG, DSCG, or Master’s degree in Accounting and Audit (CCA)
Experience in an accounting firm, ideally including involvement in one or more migrations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong service orientation and customer relationship skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to rapid product changes
Eagerness to learn continuously and stay up to date with Pennylane’s functional developments
Minimum English level: A2
