About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, prepare, and lead meetings with accounting firms, from project kick-off through post-project review
Analyze business needs based on field feedback and migration experience
Prepare documentation and user stories
Lead workshops and webinars
Ensure that migrations follow a clear, documented process
Adapt the approach to each situation while complying with existing processes
Communicate how technical solutions align with business needs
Act as the information liaison with the PSS Back team responsible for integration, fixes, and controls
Contribute to configuring Pennylane in line with accounting firms’ business processes
Participate in functional testing before migration
Collaborate on debugging and resolving business issues after migration
Conduct intermediate and final functional tests
Contribute to post-migration reports and recommend improvements
Identify and prioritize automation and optimization needs
Participate in implementation and monitor business-user satisfaction
Stay up to date with product and business developments
Recommend improvements and flag gaps or malfunctions
Translate needs into actionable solutions
Understand the challenges of the PSS Back team and provide occasional support in production

Requirements

What you’ll need

Accounting qualification: IUT GEA, BTS CGO, DCG, DSCG, or Master’s degree in Accounting, Control, and Audit (CCA)
Experience in an accounting firm, ideally including experience with one or more migrations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Service-oriented mindset and strong customer relationship skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to rapid product changes
Eagerness to learn continuously and stay up to date with Pennylane’s functional developments
Minimum English proficiency: A2
Enjoy working in a constantly changing environment
Make collaboration a genuine priority
Ability to take a step back and prioritize high-impact actions
