About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, prepare, and facilitate meetings with accounting firms, from project kickoff through post-project review
Analyze business needs based on field feedback and migration experience
Write documentation and user stories
Facilitate workshops and webinars
Ensure migrations follow a clear, documented process
Adapt the approach to each situation while adhering to existing processes
Communicate how technical solutions align with business needs
Serve as the information liaison with the Back PSS team responsible for integration, fixes, and controls
Contribute to configuring Pennylane in line with accounting firms’ business processes
Participate in functional testing before migration
Collaborate on debugging and resolving business issues after migration
Conduct intermediate and final functional tests
Contribute to post-migration reports and recommend improvements
Identify and prioritize automation and optimization needs
Monitor product and industry developments
Recommend improvements and report gaps or malfunctions
Help transform business needs into actionable solutions
Understand the challenges faced by the Back PSS team and provide occasional production support as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Accounting education: University Diploma in Management (IUT GEA), Higher Technician Certificate in Accounting and Management (BTS CGO), Accounting and Management Diploma (DCG), Advanced Accounting and Management Diploma (DSCG), or Master’s degree in Accounting, Control, and Audit (CCA)
Experience in an accounting firm
Previous experience with one or more migrations is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to rapid product changes
Eagerness to learn continuously and stay up to date with Pennylane’s functional developments
Minimum A2 level of English
