About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, prepare, and facilitate meetings with accounting firms, from project kickoff through lessons learned
Analyze business needs based on field feedback and migration experience
Write documentation and user stories
Lead workshops and webinars
Ensure a clear, documented migration process for internal and external stakeholders
Adapt the approach to each situation while adhering to existing processes
Communicate how technical solutions align with business needs
Serve as the information link to the PSS Back team, responsible for integration, fixes, and controls
Contribute to configuring Pennylane according to accounting firms’ business processes
Participate in functional testing before migration
Collaborate on debugging and resolving business issues after migration
Conduct interim and final functional tests
Contribute to post-migration reports and propose improvements
Identify and prioritize automation and optimization needs
Participate in their implementation and monitor business-user satisfaction
Stay current with product and business developments
Propose improvements and report gaps or malfunctions
Translate needs into actionable solutions
Understand the PSS Back team’s challenges and occasionally support production activities as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Accounting qualification: IUT GEA, BTS CGO, DCG, DSCG, or Master CCA
Experience in an accounting firm, ideally including experience with one or more migrations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clear, professional, and credible communication when working with accountants
Strong sense of service and customer focus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to adapt to rapid product changes
Eagerness to learn continuously and stay up to date with Pennylane’s functional developments
English proficiency at A2 level or higher
Comfortable working in a startup environment (nice to have)
English proficiency at B1 level (nice to have)
Strong synthesis and teaching skills (nice to have)
Demonstrated proactivity and autonomy (nice to have)
