About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will be part of a technical organization of more than 250 people. Each engineer belongs to a team focused on a part of the product and reports to a Team Lead or an Engineering Manager.
Each team has all the skills necessary to build features end-to-end autonomously; you will work daily with a product manager, a designer, and software engineers.
You will participate in the discovery phase of projects with the product manager and designer to define the feature to be built; then you will work with other engineers to design the software architecture, implement it, test it, and deploy it to production.
The team also supports customers using the features developed by monitoring and fixing production issues.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 4 years of experience with Ruby on Rails
A balanced mix of technical, business, and product skills
Demonstrated empathy for your users and a desire to solve real problems for them
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate your ideas clearly
Fluent in English (French is not required)
A team player with experience working in an agile environment
